Flowers online exceed expectations
My lovely mum lives overseas from us and it was her 89th birthday. We couldn't be there but wanted to send something special. Eflorist not only had a fantastic selection but made the process easy and my mum is utterly delighted.

Great all round service. Lovely flowers, quick delivery & good value for money.
Wouldn’t order again
Flowers arrived on time but had clearly just been flung into a lose box with no care. Roses a little damaged, all scrunched up and some already dying. Not happy considering what I paid, lucky my fiancé is a lovely woman who did not make a fuss otherwise that would have put a stain on our anniversary.

I was very disappointed to receive a small bunch of flowers that were dry and bad condition for an expensive price of £29! I spoke to customer service today by email and they just said remove the first few petals to make the bouquet better. I won’t be buying from this company again.
Hit and miss
I ordered a bouquet for my granddaughter paid extra to have it delivered next day. In the afternoon of the delivery day I got a mail saying the local florist was unable to fill my order and offering me an alternate bouquet. Great yes please, happy that they told me and all well and good you’d think but the delivery day went out from Tuesday to Thursday. No big deal normally but it was a sympathy bouquet and now no one will be at home to receive it. Well done for offering a different option but disappointed in the delivery time.
